FOR "VETERAN'S PASSPORT TO HOPE" EVENT

Proceeds to Benefit the Wounded Warrior Project

DENVER, Aug. 29, 2012 - If you are a fan of locally grown country, blues and rock
music, you won't want to miss the Veteran's Passport to Hope event on Thursday,
October 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Wings over the Rockies Air and Space
Museum. The evening lineup will include performances by Colorado musicians Katey
Laurel, The Last Flight Out and Buckstein.

Known for her folk-pop tunes and lush, cinematic songs, Denver-based Katey Laurel
is a local radio favorite. A talented musician, Laurel was nominated by Denver Westword
as "Singer/Songwriter 2011". Laurel's' music also has been included in the Microsoft
Windows 7 "Playlist 7" and Heineken's "Ultimate Playlist", programs that have featured
free music downloads from emerging artists.

Attendees also will enjoy the unique blend of blues, country, rock and funk from
The Last Flight Out.

The group distinguishes themselves from the pack by creating a crossover mix that
spans the acoustic intimacy of Sarah McLachlan, the blues sassiness of Bonnie Raitt,
and the rock explosiveness of Bob Seger.

Buckstein, a band started by two-time American Idol contestant Matt Buckstein, will
tackle everything from country and rock to R&B. With his traditional cowboy garb
and bass baritone voice, Buckstein brings a heartfelt quality to every song.

Veteran's Passport to Hope is a charity event founded to raise awareness of the
challenges today's veterans face, as well as funds to support veterans. The event
will celebrate the contributions of service men and women from every branch of the
armed services. In addition to entertainment, the evening will include great food,
live and silent auctions, awards and a keynote presentation by Army Sgt. Neil Duncan,
a veteran wounded while stationed in Afghanistan.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit
organization whose mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors. The Wounded
Warrior Project offers a wide range of programs and events in the Colorado region
designed to meet the ongoing needs of injured service members.

Veteran's Passport to Hope at Wings Over the Rockies

Will you help me and a friend support our Veterans?

Shane Schmutz, is organizing an event to raise money for Wounded Warrior Project.

Shane served in the U.S. Army for 11.5 years, seven and a half years as a Blackhawk
Helicopter Pilot on Active Duty. He spent three tours in support of Operation Iraqi
Freedom.

As his way of giving back, showing support, and appreciating all those that have
sacrificed so we can all enjoy our freedoms, Shane organized "Veteran's Passport
to Hope" (VP2H).

Veteran's Passport to Hope is a Local Colorado Charity Organization. VP2H's mission
consists of three main focus areas: Awareness, Fund-Raising, and Cooperation.

Today, our veterans and young men and women in uniform are experiencing unprecedented
challenges...multiple tours in combat zones, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD),
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), high unemployment rate, high homelessness rate, high
divorce rate, and a record high suicide rate.

To raise money for Veteran's this year, Veteran's Passport to Hope is putting on
a spectacular event at Wings Over the Rockies on October 4th. There will be fine
food, adult beverages, awards, great speakers, a silent auction, and three different
bands performing. All net proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Dear Friends,

John Sampson is our September speaker. John is a candidate, so he will discuss his
candidacy as well the issue of Obama eligibility. I understand that his expertise
on that subject includes court testimony in front of a judge as well as the interview

September 19th Speaker: State Senate Candidate John Sampson
My wife, Teri, and I live in Strasburg, Colorado which is located on the eastern
plains of Colorado, east of the Denver metro area. Our daughter, Jennifer, and
our two granddaughters, Justine and Nicole, along with our 13" Beagle, Niko, live
with us.

Hobbies

I enjoy cooking for my family and barbecuing, spending quality time with my family,
traveling, photography, working on cars, and drag racing at Bandimere Speedway
in Morrison, Colorado.

My wife, daughter, and I, all drag race, it's a family affair which brings the entire
family together on weekend outings. We also make the yearly trek to Steamboat Springs
for the Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup, where Ford Mustang owners from around the
country congregate and spend four days together, celebrating the Ford Mustang.

Educational Background

I hold a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Long Island University, with a major
in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School
in Lansing, Michigan, from 1977-1979.

Military Background

I am a veteran of the United States Naval Reserve and the United States Coast Guard
Reserve, and served during the first Gulf War in a Port Security Unit of the United
States Coast Guard Reserve.

Work & Business Experience

In August 2008, I retired from the United States Department of Homeland Security,
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Additionally, I am a retired member
of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer's Association (FLEOA) and the past Vice
President of Local 3806 of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE),
National Immigration and Naturalization Service Council (NINSC). Capitalizing
on my past experience, I took the leap into small business ownership in January
2009, and founded, CSI Consulting and Investigations LLC.

Community Involvement

Currently I serve as Chaplain of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association
(AHEPA), Local Lodge 145, located in Denver, Colorado which is a philanthropic organization
that provides scholarships to deserving children. Additionally in my own neighborhood,
I servce on the Board of Directors of the Coyote Ridge Homeowners Association in
the role as Treasurer.

Having received the email “YIDDISH CURSES TO USE ON JEWISH REPUBLICANS,” (attached) I was moved to create a similar, more rational, list for consideration. My list is shorter, since I actually have constructive, socially redeeming things to do with my time, as opposed to my liberal friends who have plenty of time to play on their computers and their x-boxes and their iPads and talk on their iPhones and watch their flat panel TVs while they are waiting for their government welfare checks to arrive. Also, my list is couched in terms of “wishes for the best” rather than the “curses” contained in the attached email because, as opposed to my liberal friends, I want this country to prosper, not devolve into a third world socialist nanny state. And I don’t wish bad things on people who think differently than I do, as opposed to my liberal friends who belittle, hate and dismiss as stupid anyone who they don’t think is smart enough to see the obvious “truths” that they see.

So here goes…

May you never have a rare disease that can’t be treated with prescription drugs, not because such drugs are beyond the reach of medical science but because these drugs couldn’t be developed since the drug companies were not allowed to amortize the high costs of creating such a drug.

May you never see the day when Israel is condemned by the United Nations as racist because they refuse to adopt Sharia Law and their law of the land.

May you never have unremitting hip pain and can’t receive a hip replacement for 6 years 3 months and 25 days because that is the current wait time to see a specialist.

May you never see the day when the term “American” is stricken from all use in the United States because there is the concern that it might offend the huge number of people in this country who aren’t Americans.

May you never have an upper respiratory infection that progresses to pneumonia because the two general practitioners still practicing in your state (doctors trained at the Bangalore Upper School of Medicine and Safe Driving) have too long a backlog to see you in a timely fashion (and when they do, they mis-diagnose your condition as constipation).

May you never see the day when your child or grandchild is refused admission to the university of their choice because their slot was given to the illegitimate child of an illegal alien with half the test scores of your little darling because, after all, the child of the illegal had a much more difficult time of it growing up.

May you never find yourself lost and standed in a village of Palestinian Muslims – in Detroit.

May you never see the day when, having been turned down for a loan by all of the fiscally responsible states of Europe (i.e. Germany), the US is refused a loan by Greece on the grounds that it would be too risky an investment for the Greek economy.

May you never grow like an ostrich with your head in the ground, dreaming only pleasant thoughts about the intentions of the people around you who are stealthily approaching with knives and an ostrich cookbook.

May you never have to rely on Social Security or Medicare which are not around anymore, having been overspent into oblivion while the liberals never got up the cojones to make changes to make them solvent.

May you never hear your grandson give his Bar Mitzvah speech on how Barak Obama was the greatest President of the modern age (actually, there’s not much chance of that).

May you never see the day when the legacy that you have worked so hard to accumulate is devastated by inheritance taxes to a) fund the construction of a new headquarters for the UN and b) give another $500 million to Solyndra III which, this time, promises – and they really mean it this time – not to go bankrupt (at least, not until after the election).

While we’re on taxes, May you never see the day when your share of the National Debt is $5,987,764,657,888,302,531.87 because the number of the tax payers (you know, those people who actually produce something and sign their checks on the front) in the US has been reduced to 534 and the people who sign their checks on the back resent the fact that those 534 are not paying enough in taxes.

And finally, to end on a positive note, May you soon realize that many of the enemies you have been taught (since you were in the womb) to look for and fear on your right have disappeared and that now many of those enemies of Jews and Israel are on your left.

We support Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state with secure, defensible borders; and we envision two democratic states – Israel with Jerusalem as its capital and Palestine – living in peace and security. For that to happen, the Palestinian people must support leaders who reject terror, embrace the institutions and ethos of democracy, and respect the rule of law. We call on Arab governments throughout the region to help advance that goal. Israel should not be expected to negotiate with entities pledged to her destruction. We call on the new government in Egypt to fully uphold its peace treaty with Israel.

The U.S. seeks a comprehensive and lasting peace in the Middle East, negotiated between the parties themselves with the assistance of the U.S., without the imposition of an artificial timetable. Essential to that process will be a just, fair, and realistic framework for dealing with the issues that can be settled on the basis of mutually agreed changes reflecting today’s realities as well as tomorrow’s hopes.”
Of course, after the platform work, the convention began – with an invocation by Meir Soloveichik, scion of a famous Orthodox dynasty. Throughout the week, speakers emphasized the dismal state of the economy and what we need to do to bring America back. But viewers also got a chance to get to know Mitt Romney the man, through both Ann Romney’s speech and a series of anecdotes told prior to the Governor’s nomination acceptance. In Governor Romney’s own speech, he not only doubled down on his personal commitment to Israel, but also laid out his agenda for restoring the middle class while defending free enterprise. And in that vein, during the Democrat National Convention, we’re hoping to launch a new petition to defend free enterprise with a website full of information about Romney’s economic plan and credentials.

September 19th Meeting - Speaker: State Senate Candidate John Sampson

Dear Friends,

John Sampson is our September speaker. John is a candidate, so he will discuss his
candidacy as well the issue of Obama eligibility. I understand that his expertise
on that subject includes court testimony in front of a judge as well as the interview
on the Peter Boyles show. We will also watch excerpts from the movie "The dream

September 19th Speaker: State Senate Candidate John Sampson
My wife, Teri, and I live in Strasburg, Colorado which is located on the eastern
plains of Colorado, east of the Denver metro area. Our daughter, Jennifer, and
our two granddaughters, Justine and Nicole, along with our 13" Beagle, Niko, live
with us.

Hobbies

I enjoy cooking for my family and barbecuing, spending quality time with my family,
traveling, photography, working on cars, and drag racing at Bandimere Speedway
in Morrison, Colorado.

My wife, daughter, and I, all drag race, it's a family affair which brings the entire
family together on weekend outings. We also make the yearly trek to Steamboat Springs
for the Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup, where Ford Mustang owners from around the
country congregate and spend four days together, celebrating the Ford Mustang.

Educational Background

I hold a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Long Island University, with a major
in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School
in Lansing, Michigan, from 1977-1979.

Military Background

I am a veteran of the United States Naval Reserve and the United States Coast Guard
Reserve, and served during the first Gulf War in a Port Security Unit of the United
States Coast Guard Reserve.

Work & Business Experience

In August 2008, I retired from the United States Department of Homeland Security,
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Additionally, I am a retired member
of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer's Association (FLEOA) and the past Vice
President of Local 3806 of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE),
National Immigration and Naturalization Service Council (NINSC). Capitalizing
on my past experience, I took the leap into small business ownership in January
2009, and founded, CSI Consulting and Investigations LLC.

Community Involvement

Currently I serve as Chaplain of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association
(AHEPA), Local Lodge 145, located in Denver, Colorado which is a philanthropic organization
that provides scholarships to deserving children. Additionally in my own neighborhood,
I servce on the Board of Directors of the Coyote Ridge Homeowners Association in
the role as Treasurer.

Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (and some older ones) didn't know this.


It's easy to check out, if you don't believe it. Be sure and show it to your family and friends. They need a little history lesson on what's what and it doesn't matter whether you are Democrat or Republican. Facts are Facts.



Social Security Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated the number and
Card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the message, NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION was removed.

Our Social Security

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social
Security (FICA) Program. He promised:

1) That participation in the Program would be
completely voluntary,

No longer Voluntary

2) That the participants would only have to pay
1% of the first $1,400 of their annual
incomes into the Program,

Now 7.65%
On the first $90,000.

3) That the money the participants elected to put
into the Program would be deductible from
their income for tax purposes each year,

No longer tax deductible

4) That the money the participants put in went to the
Independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the
General Operating Fund, and therefore, would
only be used to fund the Social Security
Retirement Program, and no other
Government program, and,

Under Johnson the money was moved to
The General Fund and spent.

5) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed
as income.

Under Clinton & Gore
up to 85% of your Social Security can now be taxed.

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are
now receiving a Social Security check every month --
and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of
the money we paid to the Federal government to 'put
away -- you may be interested in the following:

Independent 'Trust Fund' and put it into the
General Fund so that Congress could spend it?

A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the Democratically
controlled House and Senate.

giving annuity payments to immigrants?

A: That's right!

Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party.
Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65,
began to receive Social Security payments! The
Democratic Party gave these payments to them,
even though they never paid a dime into it!

Then, after violating the original contract (FICA),
the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans
want to take your Social Security away!

And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it!
If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of
awareness will be planted and maybe changes will
evolve.
But it's worth a try.
