July 17th J-GOP Meeting - Speaker: State Senator David Balmer

Dear Friends,
The legislative session ended this year with the most liberal Democratic Agenda
ever. The Governor Hickenlooper did not veto one single bill. We can look forward
to increased fees and energy costs, greater restrictions on how we choose to protect
our person and property, a new definition of what it means to be married, increased
taxpayer costs for higher education (unless you are an illegal alien), and best
of all, Nathan Dunlap, convicted of cold-blooded murder 20 years ago, will continue
to get three square meals a day while still on death row.
Hopefully, Sen. Balmer can tell us something good that happened in the legislative
session.
Sincerely,
Dan Kopelman
J-GOP interim President
